Andy brings more than 30 years of recruitment and workforce solutions experience, with a distinguished career supporting major organisations across the Mining, Professional Services, and Oil & Gas sectors. His appointment marks a significant milestone in the continued growth and diversification of the WCA Solutions Group.
WCA Talent has been established to provide clients with a dedicated, high‑performance recruitment capability that integrates seamlessly with WCA Solutions’ broader Outsourced HR Managed Services, Safety, Leadership Development, and Advisory services, offering a truly end‑to‑end workforce support for HR, Safety and Business Leaders across Western Australia.
Proven Leadership and Scale
In 2007, Andy founded a Perth‑based technical and engineering recruitment business servicing EPCM clients. Andy has led large‑scale domestic and international recruitment campaigns for major clients, including CB&I, Jacobs, WorleyParsons, Clough, SKM, Aker, and Rio Tinto, delivering complex, multi‑disciplinary workforce solutions across engineering, construction, project controls, procurement, and executive leadership roles.
