WCA has enjoyed a long relationship with one of the world’s leading infrastructure suppliers through hire and sales, over the past 17 years.
Initially there was a focus on supporting recruitment activities across all of the businesses under the company’s group banner. WCA has supported the organisation to employ individuals in numerous roles including Sales, IT, Project Management, Senior Management and Administration.
WCA was subsequently engaged to develop a suite of role descriptions for each role in this multi-faceted organisation through collaboration with employees and consultation with each supervisor building understanding and capability.
Furthermore, following this WCA developed and delivered a customised leadership development program of 4 modules over a period of six months for both new and existing leaders.
WCA continues to provide strategic HR and IR management and expertise to the company through development and implementation of specific programs and provision of ad-hoc consulting advice including in the management of complex workplace investigations.
