Elevate Leadership Development Program
The Elevate Leadership Program is delivered in 1-Hour modules conveniently delivered using Microsoft Teams across a 12 to 24 month period.
This program includes 22 modules and is ideal for Supervisors and Leaders who work across different locations and remote sites.

Leadership Coaching

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. WCA Solutions leadership development programs can be customised to meet the goals and challenges of your organisation. We will determine which program best meets the desired outcomes of your organisation at our first meeting. If any customisation is recommended we will let you know.
There is no limit of attendees of the Elevate Leadership Development Program. This program is delivered in 1 hour bite size durations over a 12 to 24 month period. Sessions are delivered weekly or fortnightly to ensure all partcipants have an opportunity to attend.
The Accelerate Leadership Program is a 1 Day program. A maximum of 15 particpants can attend.
Executive Coaching can be purchased with a minimum of 3 sessions. The program cost is $1,200 which includes a briefing session before the coaching commences to determine the objectives and a debrief with the Executives manager if nescessary to provide a summary of key development areas and recommended next steps.
WCA Solutions recommends Leaders participate in our 360 Leadership Development Survey which will provide them the nescessary feedback to identify their key development opportunities.
