Christopher is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in both local and international business transformation. Christopher is an expert in Change Management, Strategy Implementation, HR Transformation, and Project and Program Management with more than 25 years. His career spans across multiple industries, including mining, oil and gas, tertiary education, agriculture, hospitality, banking, and government.
Christopher has successfully overseen HR functions, developed and implemented comprehensive human resources strategies, led global proposal teams, directed business strategy implementations, and managed HR functions. His expertise includes modernising companies, reducing operating costs, and transforming organisational structures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Achievements:
Vision 2020 Transformation Program: Led the “Vision 2020” initiative, overseeing HR functions for 120 staff across the Middle East. This program successfully modernized the company and reduced operating costs by 50%.
Human Resources Strategy Development: Developed and executed a comprehensive HR strategy for an organization with 450 employees, driving an organizational redesign and transforming the HR function through strategic assessment and implementation.
ICE Project: Led a global proposal team for the ICE Project, securing a USD 30 million annual bid to outsource BHP’s systems integration work.
Business Strategy Implementation: Directed the implementation of a new business strategy while managing the HR function, ensuring alignment and effective execution.
HR Consulting Practice Expansion: Expanded the HR consulting practice to include Career and Change Management Consulting, leading major projects for notable clients such as BHP Billiton, the Ministry of Justice, and Edith Cowan University.
