Franko holds a double Master’s Degree qualified in Corporate Human Resources, Industrial Health, Safety, Environmental, and Training (HR, IR, HSEQ & T). Franko has 20 years plus working history, inclusive of international remits within Australia, Southeast Asia, and South Africa.
Franko has a track record of designing, creating, and implementing “best practice” HR, IR & HSEQ & T management systems in stringently regulated environments, such as the Australian Mining Act amongst others.
Franko is an experienced change agent who works collaboratively with stakeholders to facilitate holistic risk management to reduce liability, ensure regulatory compliance and develop effectual management tools. A Lead facilitator for Root Cause Analysis investigations identifying systemic deficiencies and failed barriers.
