Janeese joined WCA Solutions in 2019 and supported two WCA Solutions major clients to deliver all of their HR requirements. Both organisations employed more than 150 employees across multiple sites and locations. Janeese also supported multiple WCA Solutions clients across a broad sector of industries and complexity and size from sole traders to publicily listed companies.

Janeese holds a double degree in Human Resource Management and Behavioural Science from the University of Notre Dame. Janeese is an HR generalist, skilled in operational HR services and support across the employee life cycle including:
