Jess is an HR Consultant at WCA Solutions and holds a Bachelor of Commerce, with a double major in Accounting and Finance and a Post-Graduate Degree in the form of a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources and Employment Relations from the University of Western Australia.

Jess commenced her career working as internal HR Advisor with more than 4 years experience within the Mining & Resources Industry. 

Jess has worked internally for Mining Contractors, ranging from 500 – 1000 employees. Most roles Jess has undertaken have been National, allowing her to gain a broad scope of work, including exposure to different legislation and State conditions.

Jess has provided comprehensive, professional, and relative HR advice across businesses. She has maintained stakeholder relationships, whilst delivering people focused initiatives. Jess is skilled in operational HR services and support across an employee’s life cycle
