Josh delivers the following recruitment activities and services:

• Sourcing candidates through recruitment databases and applications, crafting compelling job ads on platforms like Seek, and posting on LinkedIn.
• Actively grows his professional network and maintains regular communication with candidates throughout their journey, even post-placement, prioritising candidate care and retention.

• Conducts face-to-face and virtual interviews on a daily basis, thoroughly assessing candidates’ experience, competency and behaviours to ensure they are the right fit for the role.
•  
• Conducts and coordinates all pre-employment and compliance checks including reference checks, medicals, collection and verification of relevant certification and licences.
•  
• Oversees mobilisation tasks, including arranging training, inductions and ordering of PPE.
•  
• Administration of employment contracts and all other nescessary new hire documentaiton.
