Ryan Dockery

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Law & Society and Business Law and a Masters in HR & Employment Relations from UWA.

Ryan is an experienced HR & Business Management Consultant having worked for KPMG’s Workforce & HR Advisory group, prior to joining WCA Solutions. Ryan has supported a variety of industries and clients in Energy, Mining, Property, Government, Health and Education sectors.

Ryan has substantive experience in recruitment, preparing employment contracts, and onboarding of new employees. He has supported Senior HR Consultants implement transformational HR change, optimisations across end-to-end HR processes, and HR systems.

Ryan has significant experience working with senior organisational leaders to drive and embed enduring HR strategy.
