Energise and inspire your team through customised training and qualified coaching.
We develop and deliver customised training programs across all industries. Programs are fun, interactive and deliver lasting results through small or large workshop sessions and/or weekend retreats.
Select an appropriate workshop or coaching area. Alternatively, have WCA conduct a training needs assessment.
Delivery of the workshop or coaching may be in a single session, over a few days or spread across an annual plan.
Revisions and follow ups. Every training program includes before-and-after short surveys to determine change.
In mid-2018 WCA was engaged by the HR Manager to complete a Core HR and IR Audit to ensure HR best practice.
All our training programs are customised to meet the goals and challenges of your organisation. Before creating a program, we’ll determine your desired outcomes and conduct a training needs analysis.
Our interactive workshops perform best with six or more participants and can be scaled up to the hundreds. Smaller organisations or management teams may wish to consider one-to-one coaching sessions.
We don’t charge a retainer, however for coaching to be effective we do recommend a minimum program of three sessions to support the individual make make progress towards the desired outcomes.
Absolutely. To reinforce and assess learned behaviours WCA recommends follow up training sessions and/or we often change a workshop to be held over two or three shorter sessions including some homework in between, enabling participants to fully embrace new skills and techniques.
WCA builds our training program to your requirements. We have developed lunch & learn sessions, half day sessions, full day or weekend retreats. We also have a suite of programs that we run monthly over a 6 month period in areas such as leadership development.
