WCA is pleased to announce the appointment of Bernard Mackin as a Director and Partner at WCA People and Culture Solutions.
Bernard has been a key member of the WCA Senior team supporting client Board, Executive, and Management teams in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors since joining WCA in 2018. Bernard’s appointment has solidified WCA Solutions’ future as a leading HR and WHS Consulting firm in Western Australia. Since joining WCA Solutions, the business has grown significantly, attracted tier 1 clients, and broadened its service offering.
Bernard has successfully delivered positive business outcomes to resolve a wide range of people performance, behavioural, procedural and system issues and he leads the HR delivery team who provide outsourced HR solutions to clients operating across Australia and New Zealand in a range of industries including Mining, Oil & Gas, Government, Health & Medical, Education, Finance & Accounting, Legal, Marketing & Advertising, Aged Care, Fisheries, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Software Development industries.
Prior to joining WCA, Bernard spent more than 20 years within the Oil & Gas and Resources industry, working for international engineering consulting companies, with notable positions held including:

- HR Director, Americas Region
- HR Manager, ANZ Region
