WCA Solutions was initially engaged by a leading corporate advisory firm, to provide strategic and specialist HR and IR advice to resolve a complex staffing matter involving performance and attendance of a staff member with mental health challenges.

The matter was resolved amicably and positively for all concerned and since this time WCA has continued to support the firm with the provision of ad-hoc HR/ IR consulting advice as required.

Specific projects have included:

  • The review and development of selected policies and procedures;
  • The review and implementation of a new 360 feedback and performance tracking system to feed into the annual appraisal process;
  • Supporting the set-up of an EAP provider;
  • Providing employee relations advice to management.

WCA continues to work closely with the firm on projects basis and provide expertise to the company through development and implementation of specific programs and consulting advice.
